1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Nehayurveda Healthcare website, booking an online consultation, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

Our services are based on the principles of Ayurveda. Please note the following:

• Not for Emergencies: Our online consultation is NOT a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please visit your nearest hospital immediately.
• Results May Vary: Ayurvedic treatments focus on root-cause healing and take time. Results vary from person to person depending on age, body type (Dosha), and lifestyle. We do not guarantee overnight or magical cures.
• Accuracy of Information: The effectiveness of our remote consultation depends on the accuracy of the health information, medical history, and reports provided by you via WhatsApp or Video Call.

3. Online Consultations

When you book a consultation through our platform:

• You agree to interact respectfully with our AYUSH-registered Vaidyas.
• The consultation fee (if any) is non-refundable once the doctor has initiated the evaluation process.
• Our doctors reserve the right to refuse consultation if they determine that your condition requires immediate physical hospitalization.

4. E-Commerce, Pricing & Orders

We strive to display accurate product details and prices. However:

• Prices of our Ayurvedic medicines are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Pan-India delivery for our customized medicines:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after the doctor's formulation is ready.
• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Nehayurveda is not liable for delays caused by courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), though we will assist you in tracking your package.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the health and hygiene nature of our products (medicines), our return policy is strict:

• No Returns on Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for medicines once the seal is broken or the product is opened.
• Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share a photo/video on our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
• Consultation Refunds: Free consultations have no refund value. Paid consultations are only refunded if our doctor cancels the appointment.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
